This workshop will provide you with the following: An opportunity to learn how the heritage media associated with the Ports Past and Present initiative can be used to help your business online and via your online platforms and how it can support engagement from prospective visitors/guests/customers and conversion of bookings by same. You will hear from social media specialists who will provide you with tips and tricks to help you use various social media platforms simply and effectively. You will be invited to contribute with queries and suggestions around social media in and for your business and others in attendance.

Ports, Past and Present is a project led by University College Cork in partnership with Aberystwyth University, the University of Wales Trinity St David and Wexford County Council examining the cultural heritage of the ports in the Irish sea basin. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Ireland Wales Cooperation programme.
