From reluctant visitor Jonathan Swift to the thoughtful insights of recent writers, come and explore some heartfelt responses to the town and port of Holyhead! Hosted by Ports, Past and Present & the Curious Travellers project, this event is run in conjunction with the Creative Connections exhibition at Ucheldre. We’ll be joined by authors Angharad Price and Julie Bromenicks for readings in Welsh and English from their work.
This is a free event with light refreshments.

Ports, Past and Present is a project led by University College Cork in partnership with Aberystwyth University, the University of Wales Trinity St David and Wexford County Council examining the cultural heritage of the ports in the Irish sea basin. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Ireland Wales Cooperation programme.
